I’ve always believed that we are more than what we see on the surface—that humans are multidimensional beings with untapped potential waiting to be awakened. But I didn’t come to this work from a place of ease. Like many of the people I now serve, I carry lived experience with CPTSD, neurodivergence, and addiction. For years, I knew what it felt like to live in survival mode—cycling between overthinking, self-sabotage, and disconnection from my true self. Those struggles shaped me deeply, and they also became the foundation of my calling.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered that transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder or pretending to “fit in.” It comes from reconnecting with our natural rhythms, honoring our unique wiring, and bringing higher qualities of awareness into everyday life. That path led me to years of study in holistic health sciences, Ayurveda, integrative nutrition, physical health, and transformational life coaching through IQUIM, IIN, ISSA, and other non-traditional but deeply impactful programs. Along the way, I began blending professional knowledge founded in A Course in Miracles, Positive Psychology, and Post-Traumatic Growth with lived wisdom, creating a framework that is both practical and soulful.
Today, I work as a Transformational Life & Soul Alignment Coach, guiding neurodivergent empaths, seekers, and highly sensitive people through the same journey I’ve walked myself. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and multidimensional. I help clients:
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is not just about overcoming pain—it’s about uncovering who we truly are beneath it. By blending holistic health, coaching, and conscious evolution practices, I help others remember their wholeness and create lives that feel soul-aligned, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.
If you’re here, I believe it’s for a reason. Your challenges are not signs of brokenness—they are doorways to transformation. Together, we can step beyond survival and awaken the fullest expression of your being, not just for yourself, but for the greater good of humanity.
